The four you can have this week
Contact devices. The emitters sit against the skin, so the distance is fixed and the only variable left is how often you use it.

Before you open another tab
Most of this category sells a feeling. We would rather publish a figure.
Almost every device in this market quotes an irradiance figure taken from a manufacturer datasheet, at an unstated distance, often with a solar meter that was never calibrated for narrow-band emitters. The number goes on the listing and nobody checks it. That is why two panels can claim the same output and behave nothing alike.
We measure each device ourselves when it lands in Australia, at more than one distance, and publish the instrument and the method alongside the result. Where we have not measured something yet, the spec table says so instead of borrowing a number. Compare us on that and the cheaper listing has nothing to put in the column.
I buy the meters and I take the readings, so I will say this plainly: some rows on this site are still blank, and they will stay blank until I have measured them. I would rather you saw the gap than a number I borrowed from a supplier.

Bought it because they publish their numbers
I compared four masks and every other listing was vague about output. Being told what had and had not been measured yet was the thing that got my money.

Stays where I put it
Wore the last one I owned for about a week before the velcro gave up. This fastens properly and does not slide when I am sitting.

VerifiedRecovery Belt
Easy to keep up
Ten minutes while the kettle boils. That is the whole commitment, and it is the only reason I have stuck with it past a month.

Product finder
Five questions, one honest recommendation
It asks what you actually want out of it, how much time you will realistically give it, and where the device would live. Then it names one — sometimes the cheapest one, sometimes nothing at all if none of them fit.

The questions people actually ask
Answered here rather than buried in a policy page.
Everything elseWhat if it does not suit me?
Use it properly for 30 days. If it is not for you, send it back for a full refund — opened and used is fine, that is the entire point of a home trial. We pay the return freight within Australia.
How long before I notice anything?
Longer than most listings imply. This is a slow, cumulative thing measured over months of consistent use, not days. If a seller promises you a fortnight, be suspicious of everything else they have told you.
Is it safe for my eyes?
Every device ships with eye protection where the emitters sit near the face, and the instructions say when to use it. Do not stare directly into the emitters. If you have an eye condition or take photosensitising medication, speak to your practitioner first.
Why is your irradiance figure blank?
Because we have not measured that device yet, and we will not copy a number off a supplier datasheet to fill the gap. The measurement gets published the moment it exists, along with the instrument and the distance. An empty row is the honest version.
Do you make these yourselves?
No. They are built to our specification by a contract manufacturer. We specify them, we test them on arrival in Australia, and we support them here. Anyone in this category claiming to own a factory is almost certainly telling you a story.
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Free tracked shipping worldwide, metro to remote and overseas, with nothing added for freight at checkout. Prices are charged in Australian dollars and include GST.

Buying a red light therapy panel in Australia
Most panel listings in Australia quote a manufacturer datasheet figure, at an unstated distance, converted from USD, with the warranty pointing back overseas. Here is what to check instead.

660 nm and 850 nm, explained without the hype
Two numbers appear on almost every red light product sold. They are not grades or quality tiers — they describe where in the spectrum the light sits.

Choosing a red light therapy face mask in Australia
Masks are the most heavily advertised category in this space and the hardest to compare, because the marketing rarely mentions anything measurable.
